  • Sam Phippen

    Sam Phippen sometimes uses computers. He comes to the table with enthusiasm, and a great deal of love for the Ruby community. He fights for the forces of justice as a member of the RSpec core team. He's sad that he can't hug every cat.

  • Gautam Rege

    Gautam is a Ruby and Go programmer. He is a serial entrepreneur for the last 18 years and loves to talk and drink beer! He is the founder of Josh Software, a 10 year old Ruby development shop in India. Gautam has been speaking at conferences for the past 8 years in over 20 events and 13 different countries. He loves programming and calls it his oxygen to a healthy life. When not coding, he loves playing basketball, football and squash!


  • Keith Bennett

    Keith is a long time software developer who started his software development career writing an in- house accounting package for a construction company on an Apple II in Applesoft BASIC. He's worked with several languages since and has been working mostly with Ruby for the last few years. He's lived on four continents and now spends most of his time split between Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Reston, Virginia (a suburb of Washington, DC). His handle on Twitter, Github, and LinkedIn is @keithrbennett.

  • PJ Hagerty

    Developer, writer, speaker, musician, and Community Advocate, PJ is the founder of DevRelate.IO. He is known to travel the world speaking about programming and the way people think and interact. He is also known for wearing hats.

  • Daniel Kehoe

    Daniel Kehoe is the author of the book, “Learn Ruby on Rails.” He leads the RailsApps project, developing open source example applications for Rails. He began working with the web in 1991 with a NeXT computer as a member of Tim Berner-Lee’s www-talk mailing list.

  • Wilfrido Nuqui Jr.

    A Ruby, Elixir and JavaScript developer.

  • Darren Oliver

    Darren Oliver is an award-winning IT Leader, founder and mentor. With over 2 decades in the industry, he is focused on solving problems in elegant and creative ways. With 2 young daughters he's also passionate about helping educators, and education in general, prepare the next generations for a vastly different world.

  • Joy Paas

    Joy is a web developer at Quipper, Ltd., an EdTech company. She is also one of the directors of Women Who Code Manila. Aside from coding, she also loves cats.

  • Terence Ponce

    Terence is known as the lead community manager of the Philippine Ruby Users Group. Also, he works as the Tech Lead for MergeCommit, a software company that uses Elixir to build blockchain applications.

  • Daryll Santos

    Daryll is a Ruby developer with 5 years of client and own-company experience. He's been to every RubyConfPH. His other interests include reading personal development books, podfasting (not a typo, hehe), hiking, and the most extreme sport ever, cycling to work in Manila.

  • Shibata Hiroshi

    A member of Ruby core team. rubygems, rake, rdoc, psych, ruby-build, etc. and He is an administrator of and supports to develop the environment of Ruby language. He is also Executive Officer in GMO Pepabo, Inc. His most interest things are “Productivity” He believes, there's business value in fun. The team member happiness can make valuable products.

  • Harisankar P S

    Harisankar P S has been building SaaS applications and API's using Ruby and Rails framework & PostgreSQL databases for the past 6 years. He is a Free-Thinker and believes that there is more that mankind could achieve in this century. Presently serving as the CEO of Red Panthers, he has made sure that Red Panthers keeps the bar raising each quarter and hit the target. Red Panthers is specialized Ruby Consultants based out of Kochi, Kerala. He is an active organizer of events around open source.

  • Megan Tiu

    Megan Tiu is a Senior Software Engineer at CallRail that loves solving problems with Ruby and helping other developers grow. She works to make technology more accessible to women and people of underrepresented groups in any way she can. Megan also hopes to pet every dog in existence.

  • Brad Urani

    Brad Urani is a coder, karaoke singer and barbecue evangelist. He believes happiness is directly correlated with the size of your .vimrc and refuses to buy into YAGNI. When not hiking or hacking, he preaches the wonders of Ruby and SQL as Staff Engineer at Procore in Santa Barbara, CA.
